1. Students must register only after you have confirmed temporary accommodation arrangements with complete contact address and phone information.
2. If you have a confirmed oncampus accommodation assignment and you are arriving earlier than your check-in date, you must make arrangements for temporary accommodation for the interveneing period before you register for ICAT.
3. If a student is not able to make arrangements 3 weeks prior to arrival then registration can be made but pick up will be made at the discretion of the volunteer and/or ICAT team.
4. Please understand that ICAT will only provide pick ups from the airport, accommodation arrangements of any form have to be made by the student.
